Day 0 - SG (Changi Airport) -> Shanghai (Shanghai Yitel Hotel)
It was my first time on a plane, so it was an intriguing and exciting experience for a first-timer like me! When I first boarded the plane, I was afraid my ears would hurt hearing the scary experience my sister had last year. However, with the advice from my classmates, I was able to successfully overcome this 'mini worry' of mine! (Thanks SHIN RU AND JIA QI)

The services on the plane were pleasant and the stewards/stewardesses were friendly and kind. However, I was down with a cold unfortunately and therefore I wanted to rest on the plane, but some of my classmates and other passengers on the plane were being inconsiderate, making much noise, thus affecting other passengers' and my rest. Overall, the were abundant of facilities on the plane, ranging from blockbuster movies to song hit albums and entertaining games! It was a great experience for me and I am looking forward to boarding the plane back to Singapore again!
Afterwards, we settled admin matters at the airport and hotel. To our dismay, all of us were upset when we heard that the hotel rooms we were staying in Shanghai had no Internet connection except the lobby. We were really frantic as it was our first night in Shanghai and all of us wanted to inform our parents of our well being and safety. To add on to our worry, we were not able to connect with the lobby's Internet connection and could not Skype/Facetime/Whatsapp our parents. Luckily, we were able to send short text messages (costs $0.60/mssg, OMG!) to our parents! (phew~!) So to end the day. We checked into our hotel and went to sleep. (GOODNIGHTS~)
P.S: We stayed at the hotel for just 1 night only that day 😂
